Support
My Levels is a practice tracker for iPhone. Everything you enter stays yours: it lives on your device, and it is backed up privately to your own iCloud. There is no account to sign into, and nothing is ever sent to us. If something is not working the way you expect, email us. You get a reply from the developer, a person.

Buying and restoring
I bought My Levels Unlimited, and it is not showing.
Open the gear icon on the home screen, find the My Levels Unlimited section, and tap Restore purchase. The app reads the purchase back from the App Store. If it still does not appear, email us with a screenshot of that screen.
Is Unlimited a subscription?
No. It is a one-time purchase and it never renews. It is tied to the Apple ID that bought it, and Restore purchase brings it to any iPhone using that Apple ID.
How do refunds work?
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What is free, and what costs money?
Free: one skill with every feature, for as long as you like. My Levels Unlimited, $14.99 one time: as many skills as you want. Nothing else is gated, and there are no ads.
Your data
Where does my data live?
On your iPhone, inside the app. The app also keeps a private backup in your own iCloud, so you can always get your data back. There is no account and no server of ours; nothing is ever sent to the developer. Deleting a skill removes its history; deleting the app removes its data from the device (the iCloud backup stays until you delete it in iOS Settings).
Can I back it up or move it to a new iPhone?
Yes. The app keeps a private backup of your data in your own iCloud, automatically and with no account needed. Reinstalling the app, or setting up a new iPhone with the same Apple ID, brings everything back. The backup lives in your iCloud, only you can access it, and you can remove it in iPhone Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → My Levels.
Using the app
Which iPhones are supported?
My Levels runs on iPhone with iOS 18 or later.
Notifications are not arriving.
Turn on the daily nudge in the app's settings, then check iPhone Settings → Notifications → My Levels and make sure notifications are allowed. The nudge is scheduled entirely on your device.
A widget looks out of date.
Widgets refresh on iOS's own schedule. If one looks stuck, open the app once and it hands the widget a fresh snapshot. A running timer keeps counting on its own through the Live Activity.
A feature I want is missing.
Email us. One person reads everything, and requests genuinely shape what gets built next.
